Each of our technicians specialises in a particular field, and they regularly attend manufacturers' training courses for all new products. As entertainment and computer technology continue to merge, we also have to utilise the latest computer software as a service aid. Service manuals and customer operation manuals are all stored on CD or DVD ROM, and increasingly adjustments to electronic equipment are carried out via a PC or laptop computer.

The term home cinema has become widely used with the advent of flatscreen TVs, DVD players, and Dolby Digital Surround Sound Amplifiers.
